Six week - Exercise Class Series with Mindy Allaire beginning on Monday, January 25th, on Zoom at 6:30pm (one hour class)
Weekly Class Details
Jan.25th - Upper Extremity (no weights or light weights and a chair required)
Feb.1st - Hips and gluts (floor space or bed required as these are all laying on your back, side and stomach- modifications given for all exercises)
Feb.8th - Upper back and core (light weights and floor space required- some exercises will be standing, some will be laying)
Feb.15th - Squats and lunges (don't be scared, this will be beginning exercises that focus on form vs deep movements. No equipment required)
Feb.22nd - Balance for function (chair or a solid counter surface required if you feel you need to support)
Mar.1st - BIG movements (derived from a technique used to treat Parkinson's patients this high energy class focuses on improving mobility of the trunk and improving coordination with stepping. A solid chair is required)
