The journey began in 1999 when I found the lump. In 2004 to celebrate 5 years of living I walked my first long distance walk. This year will mark the 16th year of long distance walks.
I have had to switch to support and crew due to the ravages of time and chemo and what it does to the body. I am hopeful you will still know how committed I am to fighting this disease.
"None of us is as powerful as all of us." said Dr. Bob Kirshbaum. He is so right. We need to keep the funds flowing. The outcome today can be even better than when I was diagnosed. We are saving more, but we need to defeat this, crush it.
Please join me by making a donation. 88% of the funds raised go to the many programs that Gloria Gemma Foundation support, so you know your money is helping people who need it.
This Foundation works hard all year to help those who need them. They almost never sleep. I've done many walks and this is one of two organizations that I've found that spends the money we raise carefully and to benefit as many as possible. So you don't have to worry your donation is being wasted. Please give and give generously.
Thank you for doing what you can. We are getting closer every day thanks to you!
