Believe it or not, we survived Gloridays 2018 and are already getting ready to hit the trail for 2019! We're not sure it that's more a testament to our craziness or to the worthiness of the cause but in June, we will be walking in GloriDays, a multi-day journey in support of the Gloria Gemma Breast Cancer Resource Foundation. The Foundation is committed to helping support the minds, bodies and spirits of those affected by breast cancer with free wellness and education programs. We’re walking to support all the women and families who don’t have the support system with which we were blessed.  I know my journey has been long and difficult, I can’t imagine what it would have been like if I didn’t have so many resources at my disposal.

We will be walking 44 miles over the course of 3 days. This multiday walk is like no other; we will walk with women in treatment, survivors, families and caregivers. Every walker commits to raising $1,500 to participate in this incredible weekend, which seemed so daunting at the start.  Thanks to the generous spirits of our posse, we raised over $15,000 last year and would like top that total this year. Our team is called the Pinkish Posse in honor of all those folks who have supported us on my journey. 

Your support will make a difference to the Foundation and inspire hope and courage in those affected by breast cancer. We can personally attest to the foundation’s meaningful work. Your medical team helps you survive but Gloria Gemma helps you thrive!
